I like the product but it won’t charge anymore. I only used it once! It seems that the charger cord is broken. I can’t find a replacement.

The batteries charged the first time I charged them. It was plugged in for 12 hours. Since the first charge it does not charge the batteries. I have to use it plugged in all the time. Plus the roller goes in the wrong direction making it difficult to use. Do not buy this product.

I used a foot file for a few years, and found it time-consuming and somewhat fatiguing, what with the need to contort my not-so-flexible self in order to bring file and foot together. You have to be careful with that, and it will leave a somewhat rough surface, so use a conventional file with a fine side (e.g., https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B0015IPA9M/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1) to get a smooth finish. I find using every 5-7 days a good regimen.
