Elegant and solid, good customer service
Beautiful and elegant with a smooth, clean mechanism and lovely shiny chrome finish. Looked perfect with a good solid weight. Sadly it didn't fit our scenario as the adjoining post was too far forward and this is designed for a right angled fitting we couldn't use it and had to return the item unused. The company were very understanding and we did get a refund.

Rubbish product and equally bad customer service.
Both handles were damaged - manufacturing fault and poor customer service. Still awaiting a resolution from company and Amazon.

Good Rim Lock but poor quality fixing screws
The quality of the lock and knobs is great, study grub screw to secure the handle. Good quality chrome finish and sturdy feel to the lock and knobs. Installation was let down by the poor quality fixing screws (six) for the knobs, half of which did not have the cross head cut in them. I resulted to cutting a slot in them which doubled the length of the job. I would have sent the item back but needed to finish the job.

Missing screws
Came with 5 screws 3 for the lock 2 for the catch and none for the door knob which 3 were needed !!
