Didn't look like the picture. Product was very flimsy. The case wasn't enclosed and had no handle.

Total waste of money!
Stored it for a year in my camper as a backup if I needed more length. Finally pulled it out to use and it leaks!!! What good it this hose if it leaks the very first time it is needed? I paid good money for this at a camping supply store and I am very disappointed in that investment. So much for American Made!

OUT OF BUSINESS / NO WARRANTY
I've purchased a few of these over the years, but they eventually spring leaks.......I was going to buy another, but I found our American Specialty Mfg. in Conneticuit is out of business, so there's no warranty. I saw Amazon listings for "FireHoseDirect 50' Forestry Hose 5/8" or another one by "Key Fire 017-FF058-450" that looks good too. I hope they will fit my old Handi-Hose reel by American Specialty......
