The variety of exercises in this kit gives you plenty of choice to work on the areas you might need.For me, I broke my little finger and there is a specific tool to help with this.The hand gripper also helped strengthen my wrists. I’ve been using this twice a week for about 6 weeks, and I can already tell the difference.There were other options available, but I think this product comes from the same factory as the more expensively priced listings, so has the same quality.As for durability, I’ve had it for a little over a month, and I can’t see any reason for this not to last.

Set arrives in a very basic box giving a brief explanation over the contents.Inside you get several items:Hand Therapy Egg - looks like a love egg, kind of like a stress squeezer.Finger Stretcher - Like a big elastic band that fits round your fingers except it doesn't really fit your fingers well.Finger Strengthening Grip - Good tension, it has a sprung palm section and individually sprung finger grips. It works out, I doubt it will last very long and the finger grips can bunch up making them stick slightly.Hand Strengthener Grip Ring - A black rubber ring that looks a cross between a dog toy and something from Ann Summers. Again, feels more like a stress squeezer in use.Adjustable Hand Gripper - The main reason I bought the set. It adjusts from 10kg - 40kg resistance. I don't know how accurate that is but it has good tension when set to full. It has a good rubberised grip and a strong, solid spring. My only concern is that the plastic construction doesn't feel up to scratch but only time will tell on that one.I bought this at the very reduced price of £3.12 through an offer. At that price it's a total no brainer but even at full price there is still value there. You do get plenty for the money and although I don't think you'll get too much longevity from it I think it will last sufficiently long enough to find what works well for you and maybe find something with more resistance. The added drawstring pouch is a great little extra. It's basic but it comes in very handy (no pun intended) keeping everything together. My fingers, wrists and forearms can definitely feel something after using them. Recommended.
