Powers of Meditation Paperback – December 7, 2009

This is a very enlightening book. Very well written and has some really good insights on how the power of your mind can work for you if you can have the courage and determination to follow through on what he writes. I have tried some of what he suggests and it does work. I smoked for many years and I used some of his suggestions and within two weeks the need for a cigarette wasn't there anymore and that was 17 years ago and I haven't had the urge to smoke in all that time, so yes, I recommend this and every work of Joseph Murphy very highly.

I really liked this book immensely! It is so informative and enlightening and very easy to read so anyone can begin to manifest different situations in their own lives. I have told so many of my friends about the book and want to teach my grandchildren how to use the information learned from the book. I like his references to scripture from the Bible and the practice of gratitude. I would highly recommend this book!

A MUST read. This book has a wealth of useful information. We could all use a little de-stressing in our lives. This was written for YOU and YOU and especially YOU in mind! Take something useful and incorporate into your lives and be the best you can be but MOST importantly pass these easy to follow instructions down to our future generation(s) and let us LIVE like there's no tomorrow.

I ordered this book for my kindle, and after realizing that the words totally resonate with the things that I believe, I ordered a copy for my boyfriend, and another for my daughter's fiance. That's how good it is--I bought 3 copies. Dr. Murphy explains how the Bible's verses fits in with spirituality. How to pray with gratitude, and get the life you seek for yourself and those around you.

Amazing book! I recommend this book to anyone who wants to grow spiritually and have a deep relationship with God.

Shut off your tv, for a change read!

What a wonderful read! Much to much to understand in one reading. Second time around is much better, plus it becomes more of a study guide.

Algunos critican sus libros como muy redundantes en términos. Pero la biblia es redundante en la verdad que ilustra a través de los muchos relatos, parábolas, alegorías, y misterios que ocultan el significado del proceso de la creación. Que profundo el mensaje de J. Murphy es esta obra. Ilumina el entendimiento para el que está listo para recibirlo. Lo recomiendo
