Overall I think this is very high quality. It's a lot of fun to mess around with and I've only fallen in my backside a few times. I bought it to use to help my balance while stand up paddling which I am new at.My package arrived in bad shape missing the DVD but customer service was quick and sent me a replacement right away.My only gripe is that there doesn't seem to be a good progression plan for getting better. The DVD covers a lot of tricks tho. Im just a noob so I'm not sure what tontry after 1) don't fall on your butt 2) move it and center it then move and center again.I like to use this while I am brushing my teeth with my electric toothbrush. Makes brushing less boring.

A couple of trips on a standup paddle board convinced me I needed to work on the muscles that govern balance. I felt unsteady the entire time I was on the board. So I bought s small Yes4All balance board and IndoBoard pro package with the cushion and the roller. The Yes4All was pretty simple to master but was a good place to start. The IndoBoard on the cushion, which is I have steadily inflated to make stiffer and more challenging, is the ideal intermediate step. And the roller is the most difficult. A few weeks on these things has seen steady improvement, where my wobbliness is completely gone. If you need to strengthen the muscles that govern balance, this package will absolutely help.

I love the board and my husband, who’s very tall, loves it. The roller that comes with this one is quite large in diameter making it difficult for his to use in the house. His head is a bit too close to the ceiling. I would like to know if the smaller rollers will work with is board? Still, noRegrets. Very happy with the board and the level of service. Indo Board went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy. I was looking for both a way to improve my surfing/snowboard balance and pass the time in the office on those long conference calls. Being 6'8" myself, this board is long enough to accommodate my stance but would work well for someone shorter working on their cross stepping. One week and a dent in the office wall later and I can already feel my balance improving, especially with shifting weight akin to long boarding. It's an 8 foot day in SoCal, go out and get it!

I love it. I take what I need to work on from surfing and can use this to train at home. For instance my toe to heel balance. It's also super fun and addicting!

Ive had a indoboard pro for since 2002, and it was time to add a new one to the collection. This board is a great trainer and ive been using it for rehabing my body post brain surgery. I love this thing!
