Purchased to change camera view on CCTV system rather than a wired mouse. It works perfectly. No need for a £30 mouse!

Nice sleek design. Easy to set up and use. Turns itself off if it hasn't been used for a while to save power. It's a good size; Comfortable and lightweight to hold. Has quite a loud click, but this wasn't an issue for me. It's very responsive and scrolls nicely.

The product arrived on time and was easy to setup, connecting straightaway to my laptop. Unfortunately after a week it stopped working. I tried different batteries, re-setting but there was a problem. I contacted the Rii team and after some confirmation of the issue, Bonnie sorted out a replacement promptly. When it arrived I had the same easy installation, setup and it has now been working fine for a few weeks. It is extremely light so if you feel you need something more weighty then this isn't the product for you but for home use it is great for me and will be easy to pop in a bag and carry around when we begin moving about again for work.

Does the job, but obviously lacks quality control as one of the springs that goes against the battery was twisted sideways. Bit of a faff getting the battery in while holding the spring in place. Once accomplished the mouse works fine.

The lid to get to the battery is a nightmare to get on and oss

A really poorly designed thing. Getting the battery cover off is impossible without some king of lever, and it's so weak that it's a miracle it didn't break as you really have to apply pressure. Then, one of the batteries fits sunken in beneath the other, making it impossible to get out again even with a leaver - you have to smack it, and again it'll only take so much of that before it will break. As it happened, it didn't work anyway so all of this was immaterial. On the upside, I was on a long holiday before getting back and returning it, and that was accepted without quibble when I was expecting to be told I'd left it too long. Buy cheap, buy twice. How this piece of junk has so many good reviews is beyond me - even if it was working it was still a catalogue of shoddy design faults.

J'ai acheté cette souris avec les piles recommandé soir des AAA cependant attention cette souris demande des piles AA. Du coup jai acheté des piles AAA pour rien et ma souris est inutilisable pour le moment. Je suis déçu car javais besoin de travailler aujourd'hui sur mon pc avec la souris mais je ne peux pas !
