Note that you can't just install it with the ballast. You need to remove the ballast first. It was well and the light is great. It is very easy to bypass the ballast, so I recommend it.

Everything fit perfectly and works perfectly. Nice and bright as well.

Bought these to replace the fluorescent bulbs in my porch lights. They worked for about 10 seconds then burned out. They didn’t come with any directions or instructions. I recommend not buying these unless you are an electrician.

these are bright and white. Perfect for the walk lights I used them in. They arrived fast and in good shape.

I needed all four for my light fixtures and one of the four burned out after four years. I think four years is a reasonable amount of time for these to last for their price. I bought a second set to replace the one bulb. The light quality was substantially different with the new bulb compared to the old. The LEDs chips inside the bulb may be made with better tech, a different factory or maybe they're identical and faded over time as LEDs tend to do. Regardless, I needed to replace all four bulbs when one burned out so the color matched throughout the room. The color is exactly what I expect and want. I did keep the remaining three working bulbs if I one burns out again in four years, maybe the colors will match. I'm burying the lead with these bulbs because you absolutely do NEED TO REWIRE your fixture to remove the ballast for these to work. Every review that says they burn out within a few seconds is written by someone that doesn't know that they need to rewire the fixture. If they burn out quickly, its user error.

When I turn the switch off, these stay dimly lit indefinitely, kind of like having a nightlight.I noticed this in three different fixtures, so i do not think it's my wiring. I'm not sure if it's safe to leave it like that. I've had it running for a year without incident.Edit: I did some more research. I think my light switches give the bulb a small amount of power and this LED makes it give out lift. I do not believe it's a safety problem. I think this issue can be solved with a resistor.

This review is for the Gx24 4-Pin Base LED 3000K replacement compact fluorescent bulb.Reading other reviews, a lot of people that install this product don't know what they are doing- period! This product works great if you do it right. A lot don't. We have installed about 30 at this time and have about 120 to go with no issues.First, remove the old compact fluorescent bulb. Becareful not to crack the bulb socket when removing the old bulb. There is a tool made to remove these bulbs. Amazon does not sell it. It makes it much easier and no chance of cutting your hand. You must remove the old ballast and wire this LED upgrade directly. In other words, cut out the old ballast and throw it away. This works like a champ!Note: I bought the 4000K version and it was too bright so went with the 3000K.
