The Carolina Reaper Pepper is also known as the HP22B pepper. This pepper was created by Ed Currie when he crossed a Pakistani Naga with a Red Habanero type pepper. Even though this pepper is super hot with an average heat level of over 1,400,00, it has a nice sweet fruity flavor. These are very productive plants but they start off growing slowly just like Bhut plants.
