Not that stretchy. I used it to tighten up the waistband of some cropped trousers. It worked and for the money was excellent value. The stretch though wasn't that strong, but for the price couldn't complain

A very useful package as it contains 3 different widths. I was able to compare all 3 with the elastic I was replacing.

I bought this for face masks and found it good for the job it was purchased for. Although I have rated it 3 stars for thickness I am comparing it with sewing elastic and I note that this is for crafts so it is probably a little unfair.
