Q: Is this the new version? The product pic shows a previous model with the silver collar tapering into two segments. Wrong pic?

My "older" model doesn't look like this image, not sure what the small lower section of the barrel is all about. The images on the Televue website as well as other vendors show a straight barrel.

Q: Can these be used with zoom or wide field eyepieces (e.g. pentax smc zoom or pentax xw)?

Yes, this can be used with any 1.25" eyepiece. I have a Baader zoom that works just fine with this.

Q: Does it accept as t ring adapter to connect your dslr camera with???

There is a Televue T-ring adapter for this lens. I just purchased one and received it today (Sept. 13 '22). This is a fairly specialized item, so Amazon might not sell it. However, it's available from the usual astronomy specialty stores, such as Agena Astro Products.
