I really like these probiotics. They work much better than the ones I took before and the price isn't much different. It took my microbiome about 10 days of taking these straight to get used to them (had some gas issues initially) but once I settled in, things have been smooth.The flavor is tart, but I mix a few capfuls with about 6 oz of water and it's just fine. I have shifted my diet lately to be more plant-based and high fiber, so adding in probiotics has me feeling like I've hacked digestion!I'm not going to pretend to know everything in the world about probiotic supplements, but the research is promising, the anecdotal results for me have been good, and the potential of added immunity during Covid-19 is something that makes these certainly worth trying out.

My little one who is formula fed (Kate Farms 1.5) through her Gtube has improved her gut bio. Where she improved was her stools. Not softening them, but keeping it going on a daily basis, helping constipation. Her poop doesn't smell anymore also. Also she does not get diaper rash like she use to. This is our personal experience but everyone's gut differs especially since everyone's diet differs. She's 50lbs and I give her 15-20ml per day. 15 if she poops every day and 20 if it's been more than 2 days since she pooped. hth

I don’t understand why people say this tastes bad, it reminds me of taking a swig of sauerkraut juice or kimchi juice a bit, with a sweetness added. It doesn’t taste bad to me at all. The healthiest stuff doesn’t always taste amazing! I really enjoy this liquid probiotic and I definitely feel a difference right away. Liquid absorbs to your body better, any capsule form I believe isn’t as helpful. I stash this in my cabinet and take a tbsp in the morning. I love this one and will continue to take it!

It hasn't really been long enough to tell but I didn't immediately have a reaction with my guts when I take it. The smell and taste are fine. I usually take it like a shot straight up !! But you can mix it. Has a molasses kinda vinegar tast, that's how you know it's the good stuff.

Not sure how well it will balance the gut but do not understand why it could not have been made more palatable. Very difficult to swallow without gagging.

HORRIBLE TASTE, ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, I THINK I'LL JUST EAT SOME SOURKRAUT ON THE DAILY, OR DRINK THE JUICE..THIS STUFF IS NASTY...I'M NOT NOTICING ANY DIFFERENCE. I KNOW I WILL NOT REPURCHASE. YUCK!!

I wanted liquid probiotics to add to my skin care lotions to see if they would help ease my psoriasis, extremely dry skin, and hives. When the product arrived, I was already in a major outbreak and just splashed a teaspoonful in my palms and slapped it on. Yes, it was liquid and runny and actually way more than I needed. But I was in a desperate mood. In fifteen minutes I started thinking that the pain and itch had eased somewhat, but decided I was loco and it couldn't have worked that fast. At the thirty minute mark, it was more than tolerable. And within an hour, I discovered it worked better than the cream the doctor had prescribed.I still haven't mixed it with my lotions and creams. But then, it works so well, I just started mixing a teaspoon every day with yogurt and when I notice a problem, poor a few drops in my palms and massage it over the problem areas.I'll be keeping this on hand.
