Purchased this for something that is ~16.5in because it states it’s 18in. It’s not. Good materials, sturdy feel, but the size is what I bought it for and it was not accurate.

I bought this bag for my wife to replace her old one. She loved the color and design and I loved how well it was made. It will last a long time. Thick straps makes it more comfortable than the narrow nylon straps that some of them have.

I originally bought this bag for my girlfriend whose original bag's strap had ripped off the side of the bag (This bag was about 4 years old). The bag came and was stiff but it was brand new and became softer but still very protective over time. However the strap once again ripped off of the bag after about 2-3 months. I don't know if the quality has gone down or what but the bag itself is very good and sturdy but the ripping of the strap has left me wondering.

Surprised by quality. Beautiful design. My 13 year loved it. She uses for gym clothes but can fit her chrome book in it when she wants to carry that.
