Good substitute for maple syrup.
This product met my expectations for a substitute to maple syrup in the degree of sweetness,viscosity,ability to blend with my oatmeal or other foodstuffs,and it's color/smell.I shaved a star off this product in the area of taste, which I personally would have preferred a more maplely flavor.Good substitute,however,for a product I specifically accessed for it's low glycemic index.

Used rather than sugar in coffee and tea. We also use on pancakes for the kids.

This is my favorite flavor from Vivente by far. Tastes great! My kids love on bananas and instead of pancake syrup.
