Product was just as described by vendor. Very easy to assemble and install and works as design. Quality appears to be very good although I have only used a few times since it was installed.

We purchased a home with two gas fireplaces, and the basement fireplace had an extremely loud fan. Bought this fan to replace it. Well packaged and shipped quickly. Installation was easy (maybe 30-45 minutes max?) and the included instructions were quite clear - turn off the gas and electrical, take some photos of the existing setup just in case, remove the old fan, plug in the appropriate cables to the new fan / electrical outlet underneath the fireplace, turn everything back on and fire up the unit. The unit is not 100% silent by any means on higher speeds, but we turned it down to about 25% and it's basically just white noise (especially in a basement, where you can hear the utilities run fairly easily).I would absolutely purchase this fan again from this seller - and might in the future, if our other fireplace fan happens to croak!

this blower is super quiet and puts out alot of air to help push the hot air from the gas logs. its def a big add on to the fireplace and not sure why it took me this long to install a blower. only reason i did not give this product 5 stars across the board was bc as advertised they state it comes completely wired together where this wasn't the case in my box. i actually had to wire it in a few places but if you have any knowledge of this stuff its really easy. but so far the blower has been wonderful and its def super quiet which is a great feature and its built well and due to it having some good weight to it you wont have to worry about it rattling around in the fireplace. it stays in place very well.

Installation was relatively simple, and the instructions were decent. It works, but I didn’t know what to expect for heat output. Because my wife didn’t want me to drill into our fireplace panel to mount the knob (so it is hidden inside the cavity), I had to set the dial to what I thought would be a good speed setting. We started with it at half. It worked pretty well and did push the heat out. We sit about 8 feet from the fireplace and could tell a difference in the room comfort (though we didn’t feel the heat coming directly onto us). But the blower seemed somewhat loud while trying to watch TV. I eventually turned the dial down a bit, but we still have some noise (not as loud), but don’t really notice the heat dissipation as much). I’m afraid if I turned the speed to the max it would be too loud to have on while watching TV.I’ll probably make the knob more accessible next year so I can play with the settings a bit more.I was also hoping this would magically connect with my remote control to control the settings…wishful thinking. Lol.

Fan works amazing, now finally can feel warmth from my fireplace instead of just viewing fire. As mentioned, make sure you have enough space to put in the blower. That could be an issue for some. Was a tight squeeze for me but it's in there now plugging away. Super easy installation, instructions very clear to follow. Also, make sure you do the 'flame test' prior to installing. Great way to be sure it works before doing all the work of install

The manufacturer packs this blower professionally, everything arrived quickly without any damage. The instructions included are clear and cover every type of power source for the Heat n Glow gas fireplace. Mine is the power strip type which is 2 wires and a plug-easy. Fit was tight because of the existing gas line and wires, but if you follow the directions it will go in. As far as the noise, it’s a fan, you move air you will have some sound, which can be adjusted with the speed control. Heat output is decent, will make a difference when colder weather arrives.
