Jim Elliot: He Is No Fool (Torchbearers) Paperback – September 20, 2013

Our book club from my church decided to read this book. I read it in just a couple of days. It kept me interested and was well written. I am looking forward to our church group discussion. Would have loved to have met Mr. Elliot.

For Sunday School prizes. Adults will appreciate it as well. He is no fool, who gives what he cannot keep to gain what he cannot lose. Jim Elliiot gave his life that the Auca tribe of Ecuador might know God.

Excellent read!

This is a wonderful story for young people. We all can learn from the selfless life of Jim Elliot. There is joy, deep joy, in giving of ourselves. Seller was great!

I really wanted to read Jim Elliot's story to my young teens. Unfortunately this book was not well written. It jumped around a lot without proper introduction to the next thought. It's also very idealistic, making Jim and his family out to be perfect. It was very over the top.
