Dutch Treat: 196 Applique Blocks Inspired by Delft Designs

I love quilting and wanted to do some reverse applique. I had seen a completed work and the quilter recommended this book. It was excellent, giving great instructions and patterns. The patterns were a bit small for what I wanted to do so I just enlarged the ones wanted to use.

Unbounded fantasy, wide varaety of motiffs and techniques give an opportunity to make your own world of tiles in blue. I am fond of this book. It drives me. Thanks for auther to share her master secrets of to others.

I first checked this book out at the library. Finding that I loved the concept and the templates she offers, I knew I had to buy it. The actual quilt may take forever, but I love the thought of slowly making each block. Good alternative color ideas also included.

Looks like many hours of enjoyment plus I am looking forward to learning reverse appliqué.

Excellent book. Gives all the instructions with details as to how to go about creating the bllocks as well as a few ideas for piecing it together. Templates are perfect. Can trace directly from the book.

Exakte und vollständige Anleitung für Appliqué und Reverse Appliqué-Blocks. Wunderschöne Muster. Aufgrund des Schwierigkeitsgrades der Blöcke für Anfänger ungeeignet. Auch sollte einem das englische Fach-Vokabular geläufig sein, wenn man aber schon mehrere englische Anleitungen oder youtube-Videos gesehen hat, ist das Verständnis kein Problem mehr.Interessante Hintergrundinformationen.
