Havent been using for long, its been about 4 days, but i can already tell the difference between this brand and the muscle feast creapure. This brand does taste gritty, even after i blend it. And as far as pump, energy, and look of my muscles seems ok. Really just tried to save a few bucks. But as i mentioned, its too early to really tell how good it is.

I did quite a bit of research into creapure because I have a stomach condition and my stomach is super sensitive to supplements. Everything I read said creapure was easy on the stomach. That is not the case for me. I took it with my pre workout and o wasn’t able to workout because my stomach was cramping so bad. This creatine isn’t for me.
