Good product but not for me.
These were recommended by several friends who also have back problems so I got some. The suction is great. As a nurse I can see how they can benefit many people with back pain caused by cramping or spasm as they increase the circulation to the painful area, relaxing the spasm. But they were totally wrong for me. I have chronic pain in my back due to an area of arthritis that has caused some fusion. I tried several placements of the cups, over the area, near the area and it always resulted in increased pain and agony. In my case increasing the circulation to the area causes swelling and increases the pressure to the area that is painful from arthritis which then increases the pain. Same thing happens if I sit in the hot tub too long when it is flaring. Be clear this product is good and will help a lot of people it was just not good for the arthritis in my back.

Gets the job done, perfect for non-professional use
These are a great price for a good, thick silicone which is imperative in using a sliding cupping technique. I did have more trouble getting it to stay than the ones that have been used on me during therapy, but they still do a great job. Would definitely recommend if you’re an amateur/just want something for home use versus professional.

Helps muscle pain
My massage therapist uses these and I wanted to try them out in between sessions. They are amazing. It’s easy to find the tight muscles with these once you move then around. After a few minutes you can feel a difference this makes.

Works well during therapy
It has a cloudy look to it. However, it does what it is supposed to do. It works well for gliding cupping therapy.

the small cup is a different grade silicone than the other sizes
Overall this is a pretty standard product however the smallest cup in the set is a thinner silicone than the other sizes and it doesn't create strong enough suction the way the ones others do.

Great and easy to use
Perfect for lifting the tissues and using for a different way of massage versus pushing into the tissues. They work very well and are easy to clean between clients.

Scary warning on use
My girlfriend loves these things. I bought them as I have a lot of specific pain. I did not find them effective. I wish my friend lived closer so she could use them on m.
