Short one piece but still covers all the bases if that piece can be reused.
I technically would call this a 3.5 and not a 4 but I felt 3 was kind of unfair. Just so everyone knows, this kit comes one part shy of complete. I've purchased three at once and all of them were missing one of the square shaped seals that goes inside the gland. Luckily I've been able to reuse that certain part everytime but it's far from ideal. On the bright side, all the seals themselves seem to be of good quality and the cylinders I've overhauled thus far have all operated perfectly. Though I imagine their service interval has likely been shortened due the lack of the one piece that these kits are short. For this reason in the future I'll likely find another seller and take my chances on them having the seal kit in its entirety.

Pretty good source for actuator kits
I own a hydraulic shop and sometimes it’s very hard to find the seals that you need. This is a pretty good source for seal sets in my opinion. There was one seal missing in the kit.

Incomplete and under seized.
This is an inferior product. The seals kit were both under sized and incomplete. The sad thing is I ordered for someone overseas so I'm unable to return them. Don't buy them you will regret.
