Beautiful color!
Love this natural coloring. No funky taste. Can adjust desired color easily. Like most natural colorings, you do have to add quite a bit to get a deeper hue. Would buy again.

Great color!
I used this to make vegan frosting for my niece’s Minnie Mouse cupcakes on her birthday. It worked great! It didn’t alter the taste much at all, but it definitely tastes better with vanilla cupcakes vs chocolate. I’ll be using it again to make various vegan treats for my daughter’s pink pony club birthday party in a couple weeks!

Mixes extremely well
I bought this to add a little bit of color to the homemade water enhancer that I've been making, and I'm extremely satisfied with it.

Suncore is a fantastic company. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The product I received from you was hardened and chunky. I contacted the company directly and they re-issued the product to me directly at no charge at all. They are a brilliant company, with exceptionally great products, and the best customer service I’ve ever had. I’m extremely happy with the natural food colorings they offer, and I’ll be a returning customer!

Not worth it.
Once baked, pastry has zero pink color. Not worth the price. Would not recommend. I regret spending nearly $20. Doesn’t appear to change the taste or texture.

Nice hue for bread
I purchased this powder to color sourdough bread. It did a great job coloring the dough and didn’t leave a weird taste. This product was a bit pricier than some other options, but it worked well.

Packaged arrived with powder having clumps
I bought the Pitaya powder to make a red velvet cake as our family is allergic to preservatives and unnatural dyes. When I opened the package, the powder was clumpy and hard to add to the cake batter. I added quite a bit and while it turned the batter a brilliant pink, it eventually turned red and then when I pulled the finished cake from the oven, the cakes were brown. There was on hint of color at all. It is a great idea but did not do the trick.

Vibrant color, delicate flavor and cost- effective. Great value!
Mildly flavored with vibrant color! Photo shows a mixture of 1 level teaspoon pataya powder and 8 ounces of mostly clear coconut water (not coconut milk, which is thicker and whitish). Garnished with a fresh slice of dragonfruit - sometimes I find it in pink, but the white shown here adds a nice contrast. I also tried the powder with fresh pitaya juice, made with my Aicok juicer and combined with citrus juices. And in an almond milk smoothie with fresh berries, also easy and tasty. This powder is a great value if you enjoy pampering yourself with vibrant drinks 🍷 with health benefits. It usually costs $4 or more for a single dragon fruit, and you can get the same color with a teaspoon of this product. It would probably work well with cream cheese (serve with raspberries) or in cake icing or baked goods. Fun!
