Quality is horrible. Return window closed so I can't send back but these pens are all dried out! Don't waste your money from this seller.

Writes well but only recieved 1 pack of 12 and not 3 packs as ordered
DO NOT BUY! I actually handcraft my own pens and use these for the refill. I ordered 3 packs of 12 each and only recieved 1 package of 12. Can’t contact Bic to complain. NOT A GOOD VALUE if you don’t recieve what you order. Package arrived damaged but the pens were ok. WILL NOT BUY AGAIN.

It advertises that it comes as a 3 pack but I only got 1 pack. When I asked to return the pens, they suggest that I go through the manufacturer website. I'm not happy with this purchase at all.
