Great product. Pricey, but actually works.
Expensive but actually work. Dogs love them and it does indeed clean their teeth unlike most dental chews.

Tasty and easy to digest
Oravet is the only dental treat that doesn't give my dog any digestive problems and was recommended to us by our vet. Our dog used to get nausea and would throw up dental treats from other well-known brands because he couldn't digest it for some reason. We tried many times with other brands and would get the same reaction from our dog. Since switching to Oravet, it's tasty, easy to digest, and keeps his teeth healthy. He always looks forward to his daily Oravet.

Absolutely Works As Advertised
This product absolutely works and my dogs love them. They smell like chocolate and vanilla. My Chuggle with perpetually plaqued up teeth requires very expensive cleanings at the vet, but now has teeth whiter than ever five months after her last cleaning. Breath is fresher as well. HIGHLY Recommend!

My Dogs Love These
My dogs love these and our vet recommended them because one of my dogs has bad teeth. Unfortunately, her teeth are still rotting badly, however the teeth she chews them with are not rotting as badly or as quickly. I would say for dog teeth health these are great as long as they chew them with all their teeth. The one issue I have with them is sometimes they are very hard and my dog with bad teeth won't eat them so I have to microwave them. But most of the time they come soft and chewable and we will continue buying them as they are saving some of her teeth from needing to be pulled.

Great product, cost is best through Amazon, still pricey but recommend!
Recommended by our veterinarian in lieu of other products out there that state they will help with tartar buildup, help with bad breath, etc in lieu of other options found in box stores that can also crack teeth, cause gum irritation or bleeding if excessively chewed on even under supervision. Great alternative to yak cheese (unless the softer option which in turn do not last long ) and deer antlers that can splinter or potentially crack a tooth. If possible still brush as these aren’t a full preventive or best option tor dental care. Please note that in agreement with other reviews this product can cause a mild upset stomach so try putting pumpkin on it or give a small amount before or after. Lastly do not worry when you see stool samples that day or the next come out the color of… Saint Patrick’s Day…yes it will be green.

My dogs love these!
My dogs love these. It takes them a little while to chew them up, so I feel like they are getting a better cleaning on their teeth.

Perfect addition to the dental regimen; Replaces Greenies
TLDR; Does well at cleaning and keeping breath fresh, Requires a little bit of cleanup for dogs with longer coats My dog Nugget has terrible teeth. She's a 12 year old Norwich Terrier (12 pounds) and like many other small dogs, she struggles with periodontal disease. Over the course of her life, she has had 13 teeth pulled and three dentals. First things first, there is no substitute for daily teeth brushing. It is a chore but once you get the routine down, it is quite easy. Our previous regimen was daily brushing, a daily Greenie and an occasional bully stick whenever we noticed her breath starting to smell. We were introduced to OraVet by our vet who gave them to her after her most recent dental where she had 1 tooth pulled. They claim to have a foaming agent which helps clean teeth better. The consistency is a bit like a piece of hard rubber or stale taffy; just a bit harder than a greenie. Nugget isn't a picky eater but she does love these. They seem to be pretty effective as we haven't noticed her breath get bad which it usually did after a couple of weeks or so when she was on the greenies. So this has cut out our need to use bully sticks which is good because as a voracious eater, she would sometime get overly enthusiastic and swallow a short bully stick. Also, vets typically don't like bully sticks as they are hard enough to break teeth which can be dangerous. In any case, it seems to be working. On the downside, the foam gets a bit messy and can dry up pretty hard on Nugget's whiskers. I imagine it wouldn't be such a problem on dogs with short coats but for Nugget, it requires that we wipe her mouth down with a wet towel or she will have a crusty snout. Also, the foam is green and can stain so I would recommend having your dog eat it on a washable or hard surface. Other thoughts: they come individually wrapped which can be annoying to open but they maintain the moisture and freshness which is great. Anyway, highly recommended if you value your dog's dental health but still not an effective replacement for tooth brushing.

Helps with buildup, but concerning ingredients
These chews definitely help reduce plaque and buildup on my dog’s teeth — they do what they claim in that sense. However, I’m giving them three stars because of the ingredients. My 15 lb dog’s stool would turn the same bright color as the treat, which is pretty alarming. It makes me question why a product meant to support oral health contains so many artificial dyes. It feels counterproductive to care for your dog’s teeth while introducing unnecessary additives that might harm their health in other ways
