Good ocean light - waterproof to at least 30 ft, I expect more, because it is triple O-ringed at all openings.Bright enough for close work (10-15 ft) and adds enough light for small cameras to find and focus subjects (with your hands free!!).Easy to use.I use AAA batteries (rack included) but the rechargeable battery works fine, too. Comes with a wall charger and a car charger.Be sure to rinse it if you use it in ocean water - there is a little brass/metal roller connector in the switch ring that will naturally freeze with salt water corrosion - just add a drop of oil to the top of the switch ring, where that metal goober is and it will free up and work just fine.I have two now, not because I have two heads, but because my research buddy is always asking to use it.I also have one of these Diving Torches, which I like because it is bright enough and velcro's to my arm, for additional 'hands free'. Super Bight and ready to go right out of the box I used the Lithium battery first and it was fully charged Ran the headlamp and it was bright and steady Ran battery down and recharged it It recharged quickly and worked great I used the regular alkaline batteries in the adaptor and the light worked great With very little drop off of how bright the light was originally with the Lithium battery I submerged the headlamp in water at about 3 feet for one hour It is leak proof and water resistant as stated Thanx for extra O rings I tried to wear the head lamp just on my head and it got a bit uncomfortable Pressing against my forehead Used it on my hat and it was perfect Tried a Bandana on my head and it felt great with that as well Perfect for me and all my uses of Beach Fishing and night walks This a true evaluation of this product No discounts or free products

It's durable and waterproof which is most important. Good product overall. A discount should be considered as it's a little pricey.

Light is very bright. Great for underwater. Easily recharge the batteries

I have a similar light, probably same LED, with a wrist mount I am happy with.The headlamp version though while bright and coming with a powerful battery is not comfortable to wear. The part that is in contact with the forehead is not soft enough and should be wider. The strap is quite short, and it is almost fully extended. If I used it over a neoprene hood it might be too tight.Also in the water it may slip off without an additional chin strap.

Doesn't work, crappy. Great idea. Head straps perfect. Light switch does not function (on off) Goes on in different position each time. The light itself does not work, it blinks, even with full battery or batteries. 3 brand new AAA's it blinks (Strobes slowly). Fully charged battery straight from the charger, it Blinks as if the battery is low... Extremely disappointed. Bought it and came down to Costa Rica to dive and the light doesn't function. Wow, bummer

This light works good has a battery that recharges and has a adapter for regular battery its pretty sweet I have only used it in my pool
