I cannot confirm if this is the ‘secret ingredient’ that famous BBQ joints are adding to their wraps, but if it isn’t, then it should be. I started using Golden Mtn Seasoning to my brisket wraps/rests and it was a game changer. I will never not wrap/rest my briskets w/o Golden Mtn seasoning in the wrap.For beef, especially, it adds are very tasty umami flavor. Does not overpower like soy sauce typically would. I have used Golden Mtn as a binder to attach my seasonings, although mustard still works great too. I have tried Golden Mtn in salad dressings, ramen broths, and many different meat marinades (pork, chicken, beef). All of it has been very good, so now I have a couple spare bottles on hand for when I run out. I prefer to sous vide my steaks and I will usually put a well-seasoned steak w/ 1-2 Tbsp of Golden Mtn seasoning in the sous vide bag, vacuum seal it, and then cook it sous vide for a couple hours. A couple hours later, dry it off, blow torch the steaks to preferred-crust doneness….best ever!

Great gluten free option
Love the taste, bottle doesn’t leak (even when the 2 year old gets ahold of it) and came well-sealed. Great dark soy sauce option for those who are gluten free too.

Lousy wrapping, good sauce
I'm guessing this is an Amazon issue, but a stick on bubble wrap was used and it completed ripped off the label. I couldn't find a better place to leave feedback on the packaging/shipping.The sauce is good, and just as expected.

Lost in the Sauce
Who needs MSG when you got this stuff. Dang i could put this on anything and everyone would slurp it up. Seriously, Golden Mtn aint fooling around when they perfectly engineered this sauce; they got me so lost in it. Give it a try.

Excellent sauce
We like this sauce better than soy sauce. My sister puts it on her tater tot’s and it’s really good that way too!

Already opened
Open the package and inside box was damp. Bottle of Golden Mountain sauce was wet when I unwrapped it. The glass bottle was intact, but there was no seal on the cap. I could open it and see that the seal inside had been removed and the sauce was leaking. Very disappointed!!
