I got this for my 6 year old nephew for his birthday. It was packaged very nicely in a cute little box and I was surprised at the quality of the watch, I was expecting more like a toy watch. Great quality and very durable. He absolutely loves it! I was told he has not taken it off since I gave it to him lol.

I purchased this watch for my son (blue color) in Oct 2018 and it was meant to be a surprise gift for Christmas. I have set up the watch with some level of difficulty.Despite purchasing it for a boy, the images in the watch are girly and I am having a hard time to change the watch face. Also, the calls do not go through properly and some features like sms, geo-fencing are not working as it should. The watch keeps loosing reception and is not helping me for what I purchased it for. I have tried to use the sim card in my phone and it works good, which indicated that it is not the sim card.I would appreciate if someone can look at this and arrange for a full refund.

I don't have any more time to waste on this item. If I were you, I wouldn't waste yours, either. I have made thousands of purchases through Amazon over the years, and this is the the first time I've found myself disgusted with a product. The instructions are terrible, inaccurate, tiny and not in order. Good luck figuring it all out, because it's not simple. I can only guess that the people who have given good reviews on this item were mistaken, and reviewing a different item. Still love Amazon, but will never purchase from this company again.

You need a separate SIM card for it to work.

despite the claim of this working in the usa,this does NOT cover alaska apparently,thankfully my son likes the whole camera and game aspects on it but I am seriously not happy that its not covered in alaska for service.

I am confused about what I received. Was this supposed to be a previously used product? There was no protector on the screen and there were scratches and knicks. It looks like a kid has worn it for a while. I haven't had a chance to turn it on, but just the overall look of it is not what I expected. Thinking about returning it, unless it's a huge hassle

I gave 4 stars because so far, so good.I've only had it a week. It's not as easy as a smart phone, but it's not rocket science. I like that you can set the watch to not allow other numbers to be dialed, just the ones you've programmed. The feature for getting a look at what your kid is doing (takes a pic) seems wonky but works. Camera is very basic.Omg this is complicated to set up.Set your sim card up first, by going to the website. I used the GPS tracker SIM by speedtalk. 5 bucks for 30 days, data and talk. Then put it in the watch. After download the "setracker" app. The qvc code is on the back of the watch, or open watch info on the watch. Enter the QVC, set numbers and play with it until you understand the features.
