Decided to try Matcha after reading about the health benefits. Gave coffe up and this is a great replacement! I have so much energy after just one serving. And it’s energy that is not jittery or makes your heart pound. Energy with no bottom out in the day. It is clear, focused energy that just keeps going. Plus the health benefits of Matcha are a huge plus. I was originally confused by how small the pouch . But this stuff is CONCENTRATED, so you really only do need half a teaspoon.

Some of the other reviews seem like they are either not drinking this as normally prepared hot tea or maybe aren’t as familiar with the difference between ceremonial grade and culinary. I’m not a big snob about these things but definitely noticed a difference from the last batch of ceremonial grade I bought: “Baahtcha”. Probably not surprising since with the coupon, the price is close to culinary grade. Also it is suspicious that the bag doesn’t say ceremonial grade on the cover, which the real ones always advertise on the package since it is a big selling point. The flavor is okay compared against other culinary grade powder I’ve had, but not great, little below average. The color is a little dull and almost a tiny bit brownish, which isn’t particularly inspiring. I really can’t understand why this brand of Matcha is so highly rated. It’s the most horrible tasting Matcha I’ve ever had. Made me nauseous. VERY nauseous. I’m really not sure what’s going on with the review process on Amazon but this has been the most misleading purchase based on ratings that I’ve encountered to date. I wish there was an option to select negative stars.

Organic matcha at this price is a good deal. I used to live in Japan and have had a hard time finding good quality matcha but this brand is surprisingly good. Mix 1/2 of teaspoon (really - it is concentrated) with about 16 oz of cold or hot (not boiling) water - easy and nothing to add. It gives energy without that coffee crash, stomach issues, or jitters. Good stuff, I’ve already recommended it to friends. Enjoy!

I love Matcha tea, the only one reason why I always think twice - the price! Finally, I've found the good quality Matcha with the fair price! I do recommend this product and definitely will buy it again.

I really liked this tea, it has a very pleasant green tea flavor. Yoh need to put just a little of it- and couple minutes later, even less- the tea ready to drink! Almost immediately. I have a very intence schedule, so this is a great solution for me to have instantly good gren tea. Very small amount needs for full cup, so this package will stay for several months, even thou I drink a green tea 2-3 times a day. I’ll definitely buy it again.

We like this Matcha!!! The fantastic, smooth energy lasts for hours. I was using a much more expensive Matcha, but this is just as delicious for a lot less money. The consistency is just a little darker but just as easy to work with as the expensive brand. Any questions were addressed immediately by the seller. Great Matcha. Great seller. Can't go wrong!
