Some people would call me a onesie connoisseur, as I often seek the comfort and simplicity of onesie for my lounging needs. I'm a proud owner of the Forever Lazy, which is fantastic for summer nights, but I always felt that something was lacking as I shivered in my Forever Lazy whenever temperatures dropped. In this Selk'bag, I've found the ultimate onesie for fashionable winter wear. It's warm, comfortable, and allows me to lay down anywhere and sleep comfortably. The feet of the Selk'Bag are decently thick enough and made out of material strong enough to withstand gravel/grass. It packs into a decently small size (although probably terrible for backpacking), and is a great conversation starter. The thickness of the suit even offers protective padding, should you be attacked for your awesomeness. I bought the yellow, so it also offers fantastic visibility should you need to be rescued by helicopters, and makes a fantastic hazmat costume.Pretty much, your life will be complete if you purchase this. However, you may also be #foreveralone, because it is not conducive to cuddling (unless you are a never-nude).

Great idea if your name is Peter Dinklage!! I was so excited to add this to my "hang" gear, as in Hammocks. I asked for and got this as a present. The construction is good, materials are quality, design thought out. One MAJOR problem, SIZING. It is as if the aspect ratio of up sizing did not work. The only difference between the small and a large selk bag is the length of the arms and legs. I am 6'1" and Selk claims the bag will fit a man up to 6'4" (with some minor caveats), the bag was so tight around my groin area and waist that I can not use the bag. Customer service was fair and they printed me a return number quickly. Only problem was I had to pay $25 just to return the bag. I am out $25 in shipping for a bag that did not fit. Customer service even alluded to the fact that they were aware of the issue and did not have the machinery to make a larger bag. In my mind Selk owes me $25. If they send me the $25 I'd but 4 stars, but I am still bitter about that. To recap. Dont buy unless you are short. Get the large and have some fun.

All of the reviews I read prior to my purchase were raving, but this concept for a sleeping bag is just plain stupid. It's too confining, your hands aren't free, and don't get me started about how much work it is to get in and out of it! If you're looking for an ultra warm snow suit, it might be okay, but you still have to think about putting something else on your feet as the bottoms are made of a thin material that will wear out quickly. If you're looking for a sleeping bag, pass on this thing and just get a traditional mummy bag. It's ridiculously stupid!

After dark I become a potato. Now I don't need to hold on to my blankets as I walk around. I am wearing this now and it's so cozy. I'm 5'9 120 lbs. I could use an extra inch when sitting but it works well

The Selk Bag is quite comfortable. I am 5ft 7in and weight 120lb and it has a good fit.

I wanted to try it out and to be honest it is not the best idea for me. Maybe someone else will like it but this bag is kind of limiting your moves and you also it is for people shorter then 5.11(i am). It is tide on me but works. I would prefer to normal sleeping bag vs this king of hyper warm costume :)
