I bought this book on the recommendation of a friend, and it did not disappoint. The book will give you an insight on the political dynamics of Pakistan from partition till now

Its an amazing and must read book. All the aspects of Pakistan's zig zag relationship between Mosque And Military has been covered in detail. Its very important to read this book to learn on what balance the country is today. Very well bound and presented. Awesome read and i will say iot is a must have for every one who is a bookworm.

Balanced and well written.

I have just started reading about Pakistan and was lucky to have it as my first book in that direction. Some statements are quite open and Curt. Do read it as a base, the book is basically a summary. But if are already much into Pakistan, its not a must read.

Brilliant read. A chronological detail of all important events in the history of Pakistan. Clearly shows how democracy has always been sabotaged in Pakistan and Military has used India hating and Islam as tool to remain in power.

Beautifully written by Husain Haqqani , every Indian should read this book . An absolute eye opener . Greatly explained the history of sub-continent . An honest and bold subject .
