I have all the Char-broil cookbooks. I just got a Char-broil grill with the infrared feature and wanted some ideas.You do not need to buy ALL the cookbooks. There is quite a bit of over lap recipe wise.Also there really are not any recipes in the books that are so specific to the infrared feature. Any grill recipe works once you get the idea of the heating element.

Full color pics and I love the different variety of recipes! This is my 2nd book and, if they made enough of them, I'd have the whole library. Great idea's on what you want to cook but also beautifully done with the pics everywhere of the finished product!

I just loved this book great recipes very easy to follow and my wife loves it as well for her to follow the recipes and they are great. I loved how it show you how to grill the vegables it is very easy to use and helpfull

This is a fantastic book with solo many great recipes. I bought this as a gift and when I looked through it, I knew I needed one for us. This us one of the best grilling books with simple and tasty recipes. You won't go wrong with this one.
