Nearly 5 star it just needs to be improved slightly for installation to get there.
Nice appearance and it is solid and well made, but no installation instructions were included which would have been helpful. The fixing screws provided were crosshead but the small size head was not helpful if you do not have a screwdriver to fit. A standard crosshead screw would be better. The plastic wall plugs were a bit fragile and something more substantial would be better. The rubber spacers were fine but the bottom ones have to be stuck on the back of the mailbox with tape to stop them falling off during installation, it would be helpful if they could be stuck on to the back of the box. If these small points are addressed it is certainly worth 5 stars.

Security issue
Good build quality overall finish good only problem! The parcels can be stolen with very little effort..you can open the top and still grab the package and retrieve it without opening the door..
