A perfect read for any Rolex watch enthusiast.
I have only just started reading this book and I am thoroughly enjoying this. So many interesting facts (or perhaps some myths here and there) but put together very well. Easy to read and some great photos. For the price, this book (in my opinion) is worth every penny. Pleasantly surprised.

If you own a Rolex (& even if you don't)
This book is wonderfully illustrated with pictures of all manner of Rolex watches. It goes some way to explain the mystique of owning a Rolex, after all they are only doing the same job as as a watch costing a minute fraction of the price of a Rolex. The effort that goes into making a Rolex is explained in detail which probably is why they cost so much. They are famously accurate (But then so is a quartz watch) and have been standard issue for many expeditions and for armed forces around the world. I don't buy the story that a corporal in Stalag Luft III who had a Rolex sent to him from Rolex in Geneva used it to plan the Great Escape. Stalag Luft III was for officers and the Great Escape was planned by Sqd.Ld.Roger Bushell. But these are minor points, I suspect that the author got carried away. After mentioning all the trivia about Rolex, eg parts are available for 30 years after the watch has ceased production, they didn't mention the most useful thing (IMHO) about the GMT model - that you can always find North by pointing the hour hand at the sun and the red 24 hour arrow will point north.
