Massca Pocket Hole Jig - Perfect for Joinery Woodworking DIY Carpentry Projects (Jig only)

I had a 2 holed Kreg jig that my wife got me for Father's Day in 2009 or 2010. It had worked great, with me getting new drill bit and driving bit, but it finally gave out accurately drilling the proper depth by holding the measurement as I drilled. Very good product. However, after apprehensively considering a new product with price point and the magnets, this one is easier to use and measure the wood depth. I really like it. If you get a deal on Kreg get one, they make great products, but with me the Massca seems more user friendly and doesn't rely on the push sides to get the right depth but the magnets. Seems better quality, but time will tell if it lasts as long as the Kreg??? Hope this helps.

Well priced and well made, this is a great little tool that's adequate for my 'average' skill.

Wanted to get a Kreg but these were way cheaper and on sale and I will say while they leave a messier cut than the "better" brands, overall they do what they need to do at a lower cost. Saves times and leaves a prettier finish than a flat screw.

POSITIVE-Looked first at a popular brand that costs far more. Took a chance on this lower priced jig. Worked perfectly first time I used it. Made in TAIWAN not CHINA and TAIWAN quality is great. Drill bit is razor sharp. Powerful built-in magnet on top of the guide holds the optional MASSCA clamp.NEGATIVE- Instructions aren’t great, but on-line videos helpful if you always remember to check thickness of wood you’re working with.

Works fine for what I need, value was good, if you plan on using this daily or even weekly, I would suggest one of higher quality, but for something you will use on occasion, its fine

For a plastic pocket hole jig; it still feels high-quality! the plastic is really heavy duty. You could really clamp down hard on it and it’s not going flex whatsoever.

The only thing that would've made my project go faster was having 2 of these. Nice little features, like the little gate for anchoring, metal casing through out, and fit with the kreg drill bit.The instructions for sizing were not clear at all, so had to trial and error before I got the range needed.
