This video doorbell is exactly what I need for my home. Simple and will do what it promised. Everytime there's something going on outside my doorstep, I can see it through my Phone. I can sometime see when mail main trying to write a note for my package.The doorbell Is very easy to install I like it that I don't need to wire anything. All I need is to charge it and tape it right next to the front door. And connecting is easily. I just only use the app and follow the instructions and it is connected. But it is my works on 2.4G network. Luckily my network is fast enough.

Love this doorbell easy to use, great image quality, it will sent me notifications instantly when some one comes close to it. For a faster install please look for the app on the third picture it took me a little while to find it on google play, the best way to do it is scanning the QR code that is in the box and it will take you straight to the app. One you find the app it take only 2 minutos to pair it with your phone. Extremely easy to install.

As soon as I received this I connected it to the Wi-Fi simple downloaded the app. Installed it right on my door it is going into settings it was really easy to set the motion sensors up. Works great give me alerts when the motion sensors are alerted can answer the door through a phone call. Even has night vision.

This doorbell is a neat new feature. Just be sure to download the I C app correctly first/ I got confused with We chat. But once we figured that our works great. Still learning the ins and outs but well worth it for security. Landscape setting on my phone gives a great view of door entrance and front yard,

Just installed my new doorbell. Looks good and works good. I think it worth the price. (Remember to buy SD card....)

Just to share my experience with this doorbell.(1) Install the app.The iCsee app is no longer available in Google plan. Need to use iCSee pro instead.Be aware, the iCSee Pro is asking to access a lot of your cell phone information. Sign up an account with iCSee first.(2) Install the mini SD card.The included menu page does not say anything about inserting mini SD card.You have to use the included screwdriver to open the case. The mini SD card slot is hard to find. Refer to the attached photos to locate the mini SD card slot and insert the mini SD card.(3) Install batteryPlug in the battery to the doorbell. It automatically inform you the device is ready for setup.The devices uses two 3.6V 18650 batteries, which has plenty of juice. The doorbell by itself is also the charger for the 18650 re-chargeable batteries.(4) Pair the app and the doorbellMake sure your cellphone is connecting to a 2.4GHz WIFI network, not 5GHz WIFI network.In iCSee Pro app, click adding device, it will ask your WIFI password information.Once the doorbell is connected to WIFI, it automatically detect the presence of the doorbell.The app and the doorbell automatically link together. I have to say, I am impressed by this super easy setup.(5) Configure the doorbellClick the doorbell shown in the iCSee app, you will be asked to create a password to access the doorbell (this is not the password for your iCSee Pro account, this password is for accessing Doorbell's own firmware). After that, you can access doorbell's firmware to play-around the setup.(6) Firmware update.In doorbell's setup page, you can check to get the latest firmware, v1.01 released on 8/27/2018.(7) Cloud StorageThe iCSee pro by itself offers cloud storage service for video clips. Only $0.01 per month. I sign up 12 months for $0.12. To be on the safe-side, I use one-time-use credit card for this purchase, as the iCSee pro and it's cloud storage service are from China.(8) Video quality, photo qualityThe video quality is decent. It takes good photo snapshot also. I mean, you can easily identify people's face in the video and the snapshot photo.(9) Alarm to mobile phoneHere is the problem. I am using Huiwei Honor View10 cellphone, a late 2017 or early 2018 model. I make sure to give all the permissions that iCSee pro app needed. But, nothing happens when I press the doorbell button. After struggling for almost 30 minutes, checking all the possible settings, permissions..., I still don't get any alarm notice or call to my cell phone when pressing the doorbell button. This is very frustrating. After all the hassles, even paid $0.12 to get a 12-month cloud storage subscription, the doorbell just don't give a ring to my cell phone.I can NOT recommend this doorbell where the intended function does not work in my case.

I picked up this video doorbell because I know several people who have them, and use them all the time and love them, and because my front door does not have a peephole. I was really looking for something that would allow me and my family to see who is at the door before we open the door. I have a teenage daughter so I really wanted it for her before she opened the door, and also for simply an extra layer of security for my house.The doorbell is fairly well made, it is plastic, and I really wonder how long it would stand up to the elements. It comes with four small screws to attach it to your house, but when you have a concrete block house (like I have) I really wish the screws and anchors were more substantial. There are no real instructions for installation, but if you have ever put in anchors in a wall before you should be able to figure it out.The most annoying part of this product for me was the app, and the set up. I was able to connect my doorbell to my wifi fairly easily, all you have to do is enter the password to your network, however, I was not able to connect my doorbell to my phone via the app. It went into a countdown (which at the end of two minutes just took you back to where you were). I also tried using the QR code, the device tells you to scan the code on your phone with the camera from the doorbell, but after 10 tries that never seemed to work.The instructions are also very poorly written, this becomes a major issue when you have problems like I had and are looking for some guidance. Overall I think this is a cheaper knockoff version of some of the better video doorbell systems out there. I suggest you go the extra mile and buy the name brand more expensive one so that you won't have to deal with the headaches that I did.
