I was looking for new lights to decorate the house for Christmas and so when I saw these I thought - bargain.I was looking for rope lights, which I guess these are technically, just not what I had in mind and when these arrived my first thought was to return them; then I thought of several uses. The copper wire seems robust enough to last several years of bending, they take three AAA batteries (the remote comes with working batteries). The remote is simple to use but seems a bit flimsy, not sure that it will survive being sat on over Christmas. Look forward to convincing my nieces that they are clap controlled whilst I use the remote.For what I had planned to use them for they do not match my requirements, however on saying that for the other uses they are just right and I will be using them to sort out the house for Christmas, and possibly longer.

Bought these for Xmas but have kept them up after as I'm so happy with them. Wrapped them around my bannnister which is easy to do as the copper wire moulds to shapes and holds in position. Once set up you can just use the remote control to turn them on and select which lighting mode you want or increase/decrease the brightness. Not really much else to say other - no negatives overall very good product.Happy customer

These lights are amazing for the price not only were there 2 sets of remote control all singing all dancing lights also inside the box were 2 sets of mini lights amazing value for money. I have put them on a Christmas garland, really pleased with how they look.

These are really twinkly and look lovely. I have them around my fireplace on a red garland, also in a winter scene jar on my fire surround.I love the copper wire as it looks pretty as well.One slight negative even with the good batteries they don't last for too long so buy lots of these.

Absolute rubbish. Bought these for a discreet lighting option around my daughters bed, put them all up, they worked for about 2 days and then just stopped. The second set is inside a lantern and again, worked for a couple of days. Now, when they are switched on they flicker off every time someone walks on the floorboards past them.It would seem the connectors / wires are really not very sturdy.

Easy to use, comes with remote control, great value for money and looks lovely. Have only used 1 set on my 4 foot tree - very pleased indeed - would recommend.

The copper wire was broken on both sets. I thought I could twist it together to allow the current to flow, but the doesn’t work. Returning disappointedly!!!
