My preferred gluten-free Panko crumbs, but this price is a joke. You can buy a 7 ounce single package at Whole Foods for $4.79, so I won’t buy it on Amazon.

I've bought this brand before from Whole Foods, but they were out so I checked online and bought it here instead. Not sure what the deal was, but when I opened the bag in the middle of making dinner I had to nix the meal I was making because the bread crumbs smelled awful, chemical-like, and I threw both packages away. When Whole Foods had these bread crumbs back in stock, I bought some more and smelled them just to be sure I didn't imagine the awful smell from the online bought ones. Sure enough, the WF ones smelled normal.

A friend of mine gave these to me one time. I've 'breaded' both chicken and fish with them. Both came out of the oven great. I haven't tried to deep fry with this yet. I'll let you know how that turns out. I ordered them from Amazon.com because I can't ever find them in the stores. The one time I did it was at a Sprouts and they were way expensive.

I've been purchasing this brand of GF panko for years and I also like the Italian version. The flavor is great and has a nice crunch. My only complaint is that for the price, I wish it yielded more product. Highly recommend though if looking for a GF panko. So much better than plain breadcrumbs.

Stays crispy for longer that other breadcrumb products I have purchased. I will continue to order only this brand of breadcrumbs in the future.

I have tried other brands that are heavy on pea protein and it's like putting gravel on my food. These panko crumbs are light and crispy, not rock hard like Grape Nuts or something. Unfortunately, my local store (WF) has stopped carrying them so I order them here now.
