Gibson Vintage Machine Tuning Heads with Pearloid Buttons

So I have a 1938 Gibson ES-150. It's an heirloom that's been in the family since new. I inherited it 30 years ago and never played it because two of the bakelight tuning pegs had basically disintegrated over the years. I did not want to harm the value of the guitar's originality. I finally concluded that I was keeping it until I hand it off to my heirs, so what the hell, I want to play this thing. I kept the original tuners, of course, but went ahead and bought and installed these. Be advised, like other reviewers have said, the posts are thicker and may require some filing or drilling. That said, they are gorgeous once installed. They match the guitar's look perfectly. Functionally they are outstanding. They're smooth and, so far, have kept my guitar in tune. Only typical re-tuning is required (like any new strings) when played enough. Thanks Gibson, for reproducing these. I hear echoes of my old man and grand-dad now that I'm playing the ES150 again!

These are excellent! What a difference! I refinished my Epiphone Les Paul and had some poorly made tuners put on it (I didn't know how bad they were at the time.) I could never keep it the guitar in tune for more than 1 song. After weeks of adjusting the neck and bridge, I thought maybe the tuner were the issue. I put these Gibson tuners on and the Les Paul has been perfect. Plus I love the vintage look. I HIGHLY recommend these - awesome for the price!

Be aware that the tuning pegs are green - almost like a Jade color. I returned them for a refund and they provided shipping label and refund was prompt. I had no issues and return transaction was smooth. Oly reason for the 4 stars was that the picture didn't quite sow the true color.

I bought these to replace the G-Force tuning system in my 2016 Gibson Songwriter Progressive. The G-Force A tuner broke and would not keep a string in tune and I needed the expensive beautiful guitar to work. (Replace thse auto tuners...they are awful). These Gibson Grover Deluxe tuners are great, keep the guitar in tune and look amazing on my Gibson.

I purchased these tuners to replace the junky looking acoustic-styled Kluson's on my '14 LP Melody Maker. What can I say? They dropped right in without having to re-bore, and made the guitar look like a true LP. They also tune/retain infinitely better than the original set. The heads are much greener than they appear in the picture, but this wasn't an issue for the guitar I used them on. I can't comment on longevity, but I have a feeling that they are built to last.

I had to return it because my guitar had smaller holes . The tunners looks very nice and have a good price . Are the same ones that you find in a music store center. The letters "Gibson" are nicely engraving and the chrome finish are very nice . The color of the tunner is little bit dark and with a clear tone of vintage green. It cames with the washers and looks very strong.

Die Vintage Mechaniken von Gibson (PMMH-010) sind sehr schnell geliefert worden danke auch für Musicstore Köln. Ich wollte schon immer das G Force System aus meiner Les Paul ausbauen und durch standardmäßige Mechaniken ersetzten . Dasc hat gut geklappt ,die Gitarre stimmt hervorragend und klingt sehr gut.
