Great monitor and so sharp, highly recommended great price too.
I did quite a lot of research before buying this monitor, I wanted it to use for home and studio music software, also playing my Xbox streaming on my PC along with for work as at home now generally. I looked at Curved and the price was considerably more for 4K level resolution, nearly double the price. I had read curved screens for gaming and video are great but not so much work related stuff. I came across this monitor and read reviews and watch You tube videos of people who had shown in action. It got a great review overall so decided to take the plunge. I was not disappointed, set up was so easy from using HDMI on PC, picture is so sharp and clear, the split screen software is amazing. The screen from the get go didn't need adjusting, looked perfect so didn't change anything, usually am changing with new monitors, this was great out the box. Came with UK plug and cable, plus HDMI/Display port cable. It has quite a few inputs too. So for the price amazing, build feels good too. Recommended, very pleased. Struggle to see any negatives about this monitor. It worked great for * Gaming 75 htz from Streaming on Xbox., no lag. * reading web pages * Videos from Youtube etc. * Generally all activities I use the PC for. This model has a ISP display too. Update: Windows 10 has built in screen split, so I uninstalled the Screen Split software provided with with monitor as it was causing OS stability issues, just drag windows in Windows 10 to corner of screen and they split. Not monitor related.

How do they do it?
First impressions are...impressive! Very well packaged and easy to get out of the box as it has a special pull handle - read the instructions! A supplied HDMI cable and a supplied DP cable. If a company like AOC can do this, why can't others? It must add all of £5-£10 to the cost but makes things so much easier for the customer! Putting the stand on is an easy no hassle process. There is no height adjustment or swivel on this monitor, only tilt. As for the picture quality, well I'm no expert in these things but it looks fine to me. It works, it's bright in a uniform way, colour reproduction seems okay (I create/edit YT videos), it's fine for the average gamer and it's easy to set up. You can install an app on Windows 10 which means you don't even have to use the menu system on the monitor itself if you don't want to because there is a UI in Windows. The menu system on the monitor is quite intuitive to use after a while, but will take some getting used to. The power light is tiny (great for those who don't like big bright power on/off lights), but the on/off button (if you use it) is more of a feeler than a see-er. The bezels are approx 1.5cm/0.6in all around, maybe slightly bigger on the bottom. If you are a pro gamer, where screen speed (this is a 5ms response time) is important or photo editor, where colour accuracy is important then this may not be the monitor for you. Did you expect that for this price though? For everyone else this monitor is fine. I can confirm that it IS capable of 75Hz through my EVGA 1660Ti. I can also confirm it has all the inputs that it says. Personally I'm using the Display Port (with the supplied cable) and have used the HDMI input too [with the supplied HDMI cable] (to be clear, I was intending to use the HDMI but as there was a supplied DP cable and my GPU supported it I thought why the hell not!) The inputs are pointing down so it would be suitable for wall mounting BUT there are NO VESA mounting points. How they can sell this at the price (£149.99 at time of purchase) I do not know. Very good value for the price and the included cables are just the icing on the cake. Other manufacturers take note! Would I recommend it? Yes Would I buy another? Yes Will it be okay for you? I don't know the answer to that. If you want a no frills large screen 1440 capable 75Hz Freesync monitor then maybe. If you do professional work of some kind that you intend to use this monitor for, maybe not.

Decent Monitor Irrespective of Price
I use this on a spare PC, so was looking more at price range then top range. Having said that, this is surprisingly good, far better than the budget price would suggest. I’ve had this for six months now and purposely held off writing a review to see how things went over time. This won’t be a comprehensive review but rather a reflection of what stands out for me. Firstly, I would consider this monitor to be nearer five star than four, but you can’t give part stars. The only flaw this has is a slight warping on the bottom bezel, evident from day one but in no way a deal breaker because the the most important thing, the panel quality, is otherwise very good. No dead pixels, good display colour and uniformity, imperceptible backlight bleed and decent resolution. This is not a 4K monitor, so I wasn’t expecting razor sharp text, it’s more like a giant 24inch screen in terms of resolution, so anybody that’s used a 24inch HD screen will have a fair idea how the text will look. The fact that this isn’t 4K has it’s advantages, specifically when it comes to scaling. Yes even in 2021 scaling issues persist in the 4K world. Set this at its native resolution and everything will size and look as it should. After six months I can’t quite remember what settings I fiddled around with to get the look I liked but I think I just picked from amongst the presets. On doing a print test the result was a fair match to what was shown on screen(without any additional calibration) which is kind of what you might expect for a half decent IPS monitor. I bought this knowing it didn’t have height adjustment and that was a bit of a concern, but thankfully hasn’t been an issue. After six months of regular use I can fairly say no regrets. My main monitor is 27inch 4K running at double scale which is very sharp and suits me but it does reduce how much you can show on screen, so I’m still in awe, even now of just how much real estate the 32 inch screen has at native resolution and the proportions of apps and icons etc. Definitely recommended and especially so at this price point. Hopefully the accompanying pictures will help to illustrate the points made.

At this price point, there is really nothing you can say about this in the negative. Bright, responsive and a beautiful image. I was worried initially that I may not see much difference between my previous screen, a 32" 1080p LCD TV, but I was happily mistaken. The improvement is glorious and I couldn't be happier with the upgrade. I do mostly word, power point, email with some casual viewing and it suits and excels at all those tasks. Print is sharp, images are crisp and colours are vibrant without being overly saturated. It makes you stop and stare at the windows screensavers!
