Hi,The product did its jobs and I used it for 4 times. Unfortunately I dropped it on the floor and it split one of the plastic cylinders.I wish the plastic used was more durable.ThanksUpdated : The customer service is excellent and they sent me another piece anew.The product works and the customer service was excellent. This product makes it super easy to chop up potatoes. My advice, slam the potato (evenly centered) onto the grate first and then put the top on...makes it much easier. I use this on a weekly basis to make fries!!

The potato that I last used wasn’t exactly straight oval shape. I cut the potato in half and tried to cut using this. Then heard the lid lock crack. Sigh. Don’t know if I want to buy this again. Threw it in trash.

It was a real struggle getting the top separated from the cutter. The product came with a small crack next to one of the tabs. Otherwise, you get a good distribution of french fries. Separating the cap from the green pusher afterwards was impossible. I will probably return it because of the crack which may be the reason for the difficulty of taking it apart and putting it back together again.

Very easy to use! The blades are very sharp, but once you are handling it correctly, you have cut fries in a matter of seconds!

This cutter is not very strong. The side broke well using it to cutting foods that it says you can use it for. I would never spend money on this again. And with having this for just a few months there is no reason for it to brake.

Works great. Used for fries.
