The interface for uploading a photograph and text was easy to use. It was better for my purposes, because it would accept a rectangular image. The reproduction of my photograph and text was clean and accurate. The bag was well-made, but I would have preferred a more substantial fabric.

I washed my grandsons favorite book bag. He cried when he saw it saying I ruined it.Knowing I could never find another like it, I took a picture, sent it in, and TA DA ! A new bag that looked just like the one “I ruined” was delivered. My grandson was thrilled to have his special bag back and said “ we will never speak of this again” Grandma.Seriously, the reproduction on the new bag was fabulous. I was really surprised by the excellent quality The image you send is printed right into the fabric, it will last forever.

I purchased this as a gift for my partner to take his lunch in for work. I chose the black canvas since he is toting it back and forth every day and wouldn't show as much dirt as a white bag. The bag itself is a thin canvas, not what I was expecting. The print quality of the photo I selected is great, however, the text is already wearing off after just a few weeks of use. I don't know if I would have had a different result with a lighter color canvas, or if it's an issue specific to the white print.I will not be purchasing this item again.

Pros: The bag's image looks exactly as I wished.The seller communication is great!Cons: The bag is thin, and the ink for the printed image bled through to the other side.Suggestion: If possible, (temporarily) insert cardboard or something into the bag during the imaging application to prevent ink bleeding.Tip: Pack light. It's a thin bag, so overloading it isn't a good idea

I ordered this complimentary item for the group traveling with me on my 70th Birthday and I was 100% pleased! The bag looked sturdy. The order took a while to arrive but that is an observation and not a complaint!I would highly recommend. Many similar products cannot accommodate a full-colour graphic.

I used a photo from my wedding, because i wanted to put my wedding albums in there.. Print came out beautiful. I wouldn't use it for wear and tear, but the bag served the purpose for me!Also the seller is very prompt to respond and very easy to deal with!Thank you!
