I start by saying that I am not a dancer or gymnast, I am an average person who read that using something like this would help with flexibility. So having said that, I struggled to use this. Just getting into it was very hard and I never really pushed it because I was too afraid that it would snap back. The material is very thick and durable. The one time that I successfully was able to use it, it was a really nice long stretch, that didn’t feel forced and was effective.

I love this band. It works great and, unlike another band I tried, this one works for adults. I’m 5’5” and fairly inflexible. It was tight the first time I tried to stretch but has loosened a bit so it’s easier to use. I’m very happy with this product.

I practice ballet and I've been using it for my stretching. So far it's very helpful in improving my flexibility :)
