Easy to swallow it doesn’t have a taste I like the quality but it takes 3 . The size is ok I still had a little bit of cramping in my fingers. I will give it a few more weeks to see if there is any improvement.

I don't know about its effectiveness since I take it all the time, but I did forget them for three days once and I do think I felt more stiff. The pills are quite easy to swallow, they're considerably smaller than other supplements I take. A serving size of this is 3 capsules, but like I said, they're easy to take. Except for the possible pesticide issue, this seems like a win-win-win no lose situation.

I've been taking two a day since my first bout of Gout, several years ago, and I haven't had a serious attack since. My husband, who HATES taking pills, will only take his prescription Allopurinol, which I also take. Guess who still has to worry about the occasional bout of Gout? NOT ME!!! They are easier to swallow than a vitamin, they're cheap, and they work.

This health supplement can promote the excretion of uric acid, but it cannot cure gout. It can alleviate gout attacks to some extent, but it cannot be used as a prescription drug. I have been using cherries for a long time because I have seen that cherries can help eliminate uric acid.
