The product is excellent. It really is. For under £30.00 I have a complete set of resistance bands from light to heavy. A pair of ankle straps that can be attached to the bands or the accompanying door attachment. The door attachment opens up a whole new world. Perhaps the best way to describe it is everything you can think on a cable machine can be done using the door attachment. It also comes with a beautiful poster that shows each excercise for each body part. It is absolutely fantastic. As a busy trainer I need workouts that are short sharp and effective and the ideas here are great. The instructional videos give some good ideas but I'd like to see more band follow along workouts from muscle building to cardio. But that's the only critique I can really give. The quality is excellent and if you don't mind swapping the carabiners around when you change bands then you have a winner.UPDATE: November 2022: Just to add I’ve used these for a couple of years now and they are the best bands you can get. The complete set with everything included makes for ease of use. Highly recommended

So far a very good, respectable, decent resistance tube set, I've only used them lightly mainly focusing on my legs, but I'm hoping to expand on that in the near future and really get the most versatility out of this set that I can.And all for under £20, with a 5% discount offered and eligible for free shipping, which for me arrived a day or 2. early and was already a short transit time even before arriving early.I have had absolutely no issues and for the price the quality is very decent and definitely to a very respectable, level. I'm sure there are better sets out there, but it will be for a higher price, maybe even substantially so.For the tubes, no problems at all, they are exactly as advertised. They have good, clear markings, and a good choice of vibrant colour schemes. You get 5 tubes starting at 10Ibs/~4.5kg and stepping up in 10s of Ibs ending at 50Ibs/~22.7kg. So far none have snapped on me so far, and they can certainly take some punishment provided you don't really abuse them. All in all a perfectly decent set. The only possible things I can think of are the carabiners, these have a gate which is pretty sharp, be careful if you plan on clipping them around the tubes. I also did notice some corrosion on the ones attached to the 10Ibs band that was present out of the box, this hasn't been an issue so far, and you can take them off the tubes without too much trouble if need be - for the low price it's acceptable, but it is something to consider.The handles are very good, I have pretty small hands but so far I've found them comfortable without feeling flimsy or anything less than sturdy, no issues as far as comfort is concerned whatsoever. The only thing I will say is that the D-ring is a little on the small side - roughly having an inside radius of about 1.5cm, you can still combine the tubes, it's just a little more fuss to do so if you wanted to combine more than 2, making the radius of them just a fraction bigger (even by another 0.5 cm) would probably be enough. This issue though is incredibly minor and even referring to it as an issue is an overstatement.The ankle straps are very good too, the best I've used. They are very secure and strong without being at all uncomfortable, even if you really fasten them tight. The straps themselves are decently padded and are nice and smooth ankle-side, they're very comfortable without feeling at all weak. As for fastening, they're exactly what I prefer - having a simple continuous strap, through the single large D-ring and onto a very large area of velcro, very secure, very easy. I notice a lot of other straps in other kits use a smaller strap and a separate D-ring which I find just unnecessary hassle without any benefit, but to each their own. Personally it might even be worth FitBeast selling them individually as a separate product as well as with the full set, they're very good. It should be note that I wear Under Armour HeatGear 2.0 compression leggings while training, so as far as comfort is concerned your mileage might differ slightly.I haven't tried the door anchor yet, but so far it's as expected, however instead of using a D-ring it just has an open strap, personally I'm okay with this, but again, the gate of the caribiner is very sharp and the caribiners aren't that large, it's by no means impossible to clip a tube to it, but it's just a tad bit more difficult than it needs to in my opinion. It would be better to have a D-ring attached to the open loop or a separate caribiner. Of course you can also thread the tubes through but it's a little awkwardOverall:Pros:- At less than £20 it's cheap, especially for what you get with it, plus for me a 5% discount was offered and eligible for free delivery (mine actually arrived a day or 2 early).- Decent quality- It gives you exactly want you're after in any resistance band/tube set, you have 5 tubes starting at 10Ibs/~4.5kg to stepping up in 10s of Ibs to 50Ibs/~22.7kg. Of course these can be combined.- Very comfortable handles- Very secure and comfortable ankle straps that are also easier to fasten than competition.Cons:- Some caribiners have some corrosion on them (they can be replaced though) and have sharp gates - take care if you're going to clip them around a tube- The door anchor just has an open strap, which makes attaching the caribiners on the tubes just a little bit more difficult than if there were a D-ring or caribiner.

Hard to comment on durability as I've only just begun using them - but I'm impressed so far by the quality of the handles, hooks etc. All came packaged very well, with instructions & a set of suggested exercises - very impressed overall. I would advised anyone to be wary of signing up to be a "product tester" when registering the product warranty though; I went through all the stages of completing the questionnaire etc., only for the webpage to time-out & leave me having submitted my info without receiving anything back to be a product tester. I hope the website was just having difficulties at the time & I'm being cynical, but I can't help but wonder if the lure of free stuff is being used to acquire details when there's no intention of allowing you to be a product tester.

Wow! What an excellent product. I've only just started using these but already I can see that the quality if FAR superior than other similar products that I've bought for TWICE the price!I love the fact that you get a decent sized poster showing you how to use the equipment properly and I even got an extra band in the set compared to my other purchase from another company which was way more expensive (plus, one you register your LIFETIME guarantee, you get free access to training videos and training downloads on how to use any of their products in PDF form).Straight away you can tell that Fitbeast have used quality materials when making these bands, in fact the quality of these bands are so good, I'm actually training at 100% now instead of 75% as with my old bands (subconsciously I wasn't giving it 100% as I didn't have a great deal of faith in them not snapping or tearing as I just had that nagging feeling the quality could have been better).With this set, you also get a decent sized bag to store everything in. The leg straps and handles are also of good solid quality and are comfortable to use and the door wedge is better than the one I got in my old set of bands.What's not to like - especially at this price. So far, so good.

This is a great set of resistance bands and perfect for working out in my home office that has limited space. Comes with not only durable bands but hand and foot grips as well as door anchor. Also, there's a poster that shows you many different exercises to target all your different muscle groups.I just signed up for the lifetime warranty on their website which also includes a few video tutorials on best practices but, you can also go onto youtube and find many more exercises to add to your routine.Overall, I'm very pleased with these bands and look forward to putting them to the test over the coming months.Also, they come in a tidy bag so there's no excuse not to bring them on holiday!Great set of bands for a few bob.Go grab a set!

Me marcho de viaje por un tiempo largo y me he animado a comprar estas cintas ya que las he usado en el gym.UNA PASADA, llevo 1 semana probandolas y funciona GENIAL. Los material se ven bien, no de muy alta calidad, pero lo suficientemente bueno para entrenar y que dure. Te trae todo lo que veis en la foto y las gomas son resistentes, largas y se ven bien hechas.Yo no recomendaría este producto a principiantes por que a la hora de hacer los ejercicios se debe de saber como ejecutarlos correctamente para trabajar la musculación de una manera correcta y con estas cuerdas pues cuesta un poco trabajar la musculación pero se puede trabajar 100% sin ningún problema, entonces a los nuevos no se lo recomendaria pero sin ninguna duda PUEDEN COMPRARLO y con las cintas de poco LBS empezar a desarrollar musculación y ejecutar los ejercicios CORRECTAMENTE antes de añadir más peso.Las poleas y las del pie van genial tambien.En general una compra MAS QUE SATISFECHO y con muchas ganas de darle caña cuando viaje.Viene con una tabla grande de ejercicios y la bolsita para transportar todo.LO RECOMIENDO 100%CALIDAD / PRECIO SIN DUDA.¡SI TE PARECE ÚTIL MI OPINION, DALE CLICK AQUÍ ABAJO! 👍👇

Tubi elastici ben fatti, le maniglie sono comode e utili a simulare l'impugnatura di un manubrio mentre gli elastici sono di ottima qualità e la presenza dei moschettoni velocizzano il cambio di resistenza; è possibile allenare tutti i gruppi muscolari in maniera soddisfacente, ovviamente non si può paragonare ad un allenamento in palestra ma hai come vantaggio il fatto che l'elastico ha una resistenza progressiva ovvero più è in tensione e più resistenza hai, cosa che i manubri non danno. Sono perfetti per chi si vuole allenare anche in vacanza in maniera rapida senza avere troppi ingombri o sostituire palestra per un certo periodo di tempo. 150 lb corrispondono circa a 68 kg dunque hai possibilità di allenare molti distretti muscolari senza avere perdite di massa, mentre per i grossi gruppi muscolari consiglio di eseguire gli esercizi in maniera "singola" ( con lo squat per avere buoni risultati consiglio di eseguirlo con una gamba, in questo modo si sentirà l'efficacia dell'allenamento con questi tubi elastici). Da non dimenticare che hai una garanzia a vita, quindi avrai sostituzioni in caso di difetti o danneggiamenti.

La qualité est dans les détails, les bandes sont très résistantes et ils ont une excellente élasticité, on n'a pas la sensation qu'elles se déchirent lorsqu'on les étire au maximum. La matières est Mat (sèche ) du coup elles n'adhèrent pas sur l'accroche, ni sur les surfaces en contact ou sur les vêtements (très désagréable avec les bandes du bas de gamme).L'odeur des rubber sent la qualité et je sais de quoi je parle :)Je recommande!!!!Bravo à la marque pour ce produit

Sowohl Verkäufer als auch Produkt haben mich positiv überrascht. Nach tagelangem Suchen, Vergleichen und Hände über dem Kopf zusammenschlagen (es gibt unglaublich viele dubiose Verkäufer), habe ich mich letztendlich für das Widerstandsband-Set von FitBeast entschieden. Recht witzig ist, dass ich das Produkt auf Amazon DE bestellt und zu mir in die UK habe schicken lassen, und es trotz Umrechnung und Versandkosten immer noch günstiger war, als wenn ich es bei Amazon UK bestellt hätte. Ich hatte mit einer Wartezeit von mindestens 2 Wochen gerechnet, da zu dem Zeitpunkt der Bestellung das Produkt nicht auf Lager war. Stattdessen kam es innerhalb 2 Tagen an - und das ohne Prime! Genial.Natürlich kann und wird der Gebrauch der Bänder weder den täglichen Besuch im Fitnessstudio ersetzen, noch kann man damit unglaubliche "gains" erwarten. Die Bänder sind jedoch eine tolle Methode, um Muskelschwund entgegen zu wirken und die allgemeine körperliche Fitness, die nicht mit Cardio erreicht werden kann, aufrecht zu erhalten.Die Qualität der Bänder ist sehr gut, sie bieten guten Widerstand und halten viel Gewicht aus. Meine bisherige Befürchtung, durch ein gerissenes Band ein Auge zu verlieren, ist zG noch nicht bewahrheitet worden. Bisher ist ebenfalls noch kein Band ausgeleiert o.ä.Einziges Manko, was aber nichts mit dem Produkt zu tun hat, ist, dass die Positionierung in der Tür für kleine Menschen potentiell umkomfortabel sein könnte, besonders wenn man mit den Gelenken Probleme hat (zB. bei der chest press). Man muss generell kreativ sein und ein bisschen herum probieren, um den bestmöglichsten Widerstand und die angenehmste Position zu finden.Finde die Bänder echt top und werde sie weiterhin täglich benutzen, auch wenn die Fitnessstudios hier wieder irgendwann aufmachen sollten.

J'ai été surpris de la solidité, mais également pour la facilité d'utilisation; le changement de charge est tellement plus rapide et pratique (système de crochet). Le plus important, c'est bien évidemment le coté efficacité; première séance de sport pour les bras, le lendemain j'ai eu des bons courbatures, il y a vraiment un mouvement naturel lors des séances. De plus, cela permet de préserver les articulations, ce que les poids traditionnels ne font pas (sur le long terme). & pour finir, le coffret est livré avec un poster avec des exercices pour tout le corps.
