I have pretty coarse body hair so cheaper tools would get jammed easily. This one works like a charm! I suppose the motor is a bit more powerful going off mains, and also doesn't weaken over time. The trimmer itself is thin and fits very comfortably in my hand. The power switch is convenient and easy to manipulate with your pinky. It is not excessively bulky when stored. The bag it comes with is the typical cheap fabric, but has two compartments, which was nice. Unfortunately it doesn't hold all the accessories and the trimmer, I only put my most used 3 things in there and left the rest in the box it came in. It comes with a bunch of accessories and they seem high-quality and useful. My main problem with them is that there is too many, but mainly because they are for trimming to different lengths. There several blades of different widths, they are very easy to snap on and off. Lastly, the cord: This was the main feature I wanted, and it's GREAT! Finally, no more having to allot hours of charging time to every 5 minute shaving session. No more dealing with low charge when you've only shaved one half. No more batteries going bad from sitting in storage for a month. No more underpowered motors struggling to push through a few hairs getting in between the blades. This machine performs beautifully. The cord is quite long and easily reaches wherever you are shaving. Excellent product, would recommend.

I like it and it works

I wanted a corded trimmer when my rechargeable one started dying. It does a good job. It is a lot louder than what I had before changing the heads isn't very easy some times. But it does cut nice.

I've been cutting my own hair my whole life, and I've learned that there is only one brand of barber equipment that I can trust, and that brand is WAHL! Every item (including this one) works well, is designed to be durable and will last you many many years if you take care of it. The trimmer is easy to use and is very easy to clean. The one I purchased is corded so I neber have to worry about battery life. The attachments fit perfectly and are easy to use. The adjustment capabilities are phenomenal and well....It does the job. It cuts smoothly every time and takes the hair down low to the skin. Almost razor close....but let's just face reality here....nothing will ever get as close to the skin as a razor will....but nothing else on the market will cut the hair this low like this trimmer will. That was my defining factor....how low it cuts and how clean the lining is....and you get the best of both worlds with this trimmer. I always get the corded versions because I've had the battery run out on me too many times before my hair was done being cut. Thats not acceptable to me....so just get the corded version and learn to adjust your skills to cutting with a cord....you won't be sorry in the long run. Overall I give this trimmer 5 stars and a perfect 10 outta 10 score in my book. And I'm NOT an easy critic. I love it's design and the carbon fiber look is pretty cool. I've had this for six months and hate this thing! Here's why: The "six length adjustable guide" is TRASH: -- one of the selling points of this grooming kit is that it covers lots of short lengths, however, the lengths from 2-12mm are all covered by one adjustable attachment. The problem with this is attachment is that it doesn't lock into length settings well, so while you're cutting your hair suddenly it will drop from 8mm to 2mm and you'll leave a huge mark in the haircut. And just as easily the whole adjustable guide will pop off while cutting hair and the blades will hit skin and leave a gash in the haircut. You've got to be so slow and gentle using this adjustable guide, like giving a kitten a haircut on its face gentle (don't use this grooming kit on cats you'll probably kill it). Also the settings make no sense, #2 is for 4mm, why aren't the length settings just the length of hair? That's just obnoxious more than anything. Weak connections between length guides and blades: -- The plastic connections between the length guides and the metal blades are really flimsy and the plastic is weak. The whole kit is a ticking time bomb waiting to break, and worse, I've had almost every length connection go flying across my bathroom while I'm cutting my hair. I had my last hair trimmer for five years and only replaced it because the length guides I usually use finally broke and wouldn't clip back onto the metal. Every time I use the Wahl I'm babying it because the connections are weak. The whole trimming head disconnects: -- its unclear from photos I've seen but the whole buzzing head attachment of this thing disconnects and is supposed to be replaced with thinner variations. It's a pain to connect and disconnect, I havne't replaced them once without cussing at the mechanical engineer that designed it. And the whole system seems like its just waiting to break. Also half of the plastic length attachments only work on one of the blades and the other half works on the other, so you have to swap the whole cutting head midway through a cut sometimes. The bag that holds the attachments is too small: -- seriously how do you screw this up? It technically does fit all the attachments in one side and the cutter on the other but you've got to coil the cord up so carefully to get the buzzer in. Even a half inch more room in the bag would make this less annoying. I don't want to hate this grooming kit but I really do.

Fue un regalo de navidad para mi novio, la verdad el envío fue bastante rápido, solo no me gustó que lo enviaron en sobre y no caja y el empaque venía algo dañado pero no pasó a mayores. La verdad funciona muy bien, a pesar de ser delgadita, tiene muy buen motor, tiene un diseño muy cómodo para llevarla de viaje y no es pesada. Tiene bastantes peines, y la cuchilla T hace su trabajo muy bien. Trae su aceitito para lubricar pero es super pequeñito por lo que recomiendo pedir aparte, aquí mismo por Amazón incluso, un aceite para cuchillas. Por el precio, la cantidad de accesorios y peines, es una muy muy buena opción. Eso si, no creemos que jale al cien por ciento para cortar cabello (aunque aún no la hemos probado para eso), nosotros elegimos esta máquina porque nos parece perfecta más para el cuidado de la barba, y patillas. Y ya casi lo olvidaba, no es la máquina más ruidosa del mundo pero tampoco es muy silenciosa, aunque eso no nos molesta en nada.

I bought this product to edge my sons hair and it does a wonderful job. For the price it is worth it. I like the fact that it is cord rather than battery powered. I would highly recommend buying this product of you want to cut hair at home or even professionally. It is a must have!
