I purchased this exact transmission with defective speedo gears. I called their warranty department and left a message for Carl, this was my second attempt with their warranty department. A full week later I lost patience because nobody had called me back. I simply took my vehicle to a local technician who diagnosed and fixed the issue in 3 hours. I'm not losing sleep over a $122 bill that monster will not reimburse because i didn't "activate" the warranty. Folks, they simply don't stand behind their product. Their customer service is over a week out. If one of their two warranty reps can't ever call you back, it means they're up to their necks in warranty issues. Don't risk it with monster transmissions ....Put on a fast pair of tennis shoes and run the other direction.
