Good splitter cable
Product does not match the picture shown. It looks to be custom made, anyway it worked fine. Used this item to connect the CableTV sound output to two separate sound out devices. Tested them both and found satisfactory results. No latency in signal and hence good to go.

Confusing
I was expecting a product as per the first photograph. I got a different one. Both was same color coded... It becomes confusing for novices.
