Ok pillow for the price.
The nursing pillow provides some relief on your arm, but the baby's head seems to heat up while nursing. At least that was the case with us. The pillow is also a bit thin, I thought it would be more comfortable than it is.

I'm vaporara to b more cushion it's very minimal and goes flat after a while . For $15 not worth the price
