Sturdiness yet to be seen
It is exactly as in the picture, as advertised. Yes, the sides are black plastic rods - curved rods, which may more decorative than functional since they don't appear to be able to take a lot of weight. The rest of the material however is very sturdy. There are two holes, one on each side, for fixing the screws.
