Q: how much is the maximum load?

The advertised maximum load is quite high. In reality, mine broke after 6 months. I used it for a 75 pound planter. The weld for one of the wheels failed. I would NOT purchase this product again. A failed weld is indicative of poor quality control since the components certainly are rugged enough.

Q: how much weight can this caddy hold?

It holds a lot as we have a planter filled with dirt and plants.

Q: What is the diameter of the wheels? Is there only one wheel that locks?

outside circle diameter 14" but wheel diameter 10". it is too small for my planters. 1 locks. I am returning them.
