same problem. one ear stopped working after 2 days. also plastic cover on the plug came off after 2 days. sending these back. glad I had prime or they would be in the garbage now. again you get what you pay for.

When I wear these it feels as if a piece of metal is piercing my ear on the one side. It has a clear manufacturing defect. Unfortunately, I did not bother to try these out until the return window had closed.

The hard earbud black base separated into two pieces about one week after purchase. I may attempt to superglue them back together, but I am unable to force them to fit appropriately.

I bought this for a friend who enjoys the freedom of being able to talk hands free while still being able to do other things. The headphones have great quality sound.

Entire set is very bulky and rather cumbersome. Left ear stopped working on the second day of moderate use (after about 7 hours). Returned
